Item needs to be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt, in the same packaging and using tracked shipping. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless there is a quality issue or wrong item is sent.

925 Sterling silver used for filigree is quite soft so be careful not to step on or put very heavy items on it. Keep it in a dry place and don't expose to chemicals. Please clean regularly with a soft and clean cotton cloth.
